Terms and Conditions
Booking & Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be fair and flexible.
- Your booking is confirmed once we’ve received your full payment and completed booking form. The link will be found in your welcome email.
- If you need to cancel more than eight weeks before your course, we’ll refund your payment minus a £75 admin fee.
- If you cancel within eight weeks of the course start date, we’ll refund your payment (minus the £75 fee) only if we’re able to fill your space – which, thankfully, we usually can.
- Non-attendance without prior notice will not be refunded.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via our website or through other agreed methods.

In the unlikely event that Angels Farm Pottery must cancel a course, a full refund will be provided. We will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details provided at booking.

All necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the course.

Firing and glazing of selected pieces.
- A vegetarian lunch will be provided each day. If you have ANY special dietary requirements please let us know in advance as it is prepared beforehand.
- 2kg of finished pieces are included in the cost of the course (approximately 6 small pots), additional pots by weight are charged at £10 per kg. Your pots will be fired and glazed within about 6 weeks of the course finishing, depending on drying conditions. You can either collect from the pottery or we can box them up and send them to you by post. There is an additional cost of £15 for postage. We regret that we are unable to fire large pots.

Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting messy, and closed-toe shoes.

Safety Briefing: A health and safety briefing will be provided at the start of each course.

Liability: Angels Farm Pottery is not liable for any injuries sustained due to non-compliance with safety guidelines.
- Clothing: Please wear comfortable shoes and some clothes you don’t mind getting covered in clay, we provide throwing aprons. It is also a good idea to cut your nails short and remove any jewellery and watches.
Age Restrictions
Participants must be 16 years or older.
Special Requirements
If you have any disabilities, mobility or respiratory conditions or special requirements, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Liability

Personal Belongings: Angels Farm Pottery is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.
