Product Refunds and Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Every piece at Angels Farm Pottery is handmade with care, and natural variations are part of what makes them special. However, if there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: If you are not fully satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Custom Work: Please note that custom or made-to-order items, including commissioned pieces, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email us within 3 days of delivery at jo@angelsfarm.co.uk with a description and photographs of the issue.

  • We will offer either a replacement, a repair, or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

How to Make a Return

Contact us at jo@angelsfarm.co.uk to let us know you wish to return an item.

Carefully repackage the item using the original materials where possible

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

Course Refunds

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be fair and flexible.

  • Your booking is confirmed once we’ve received your full payment and completed booking form. The link to your booking form can be found in your welcome email.
  • If you need to cancel more than eight weeks before your course, we’ll refund your payment minus a £75 admin fee.
  • If you cancel within eight weeks of the course start date, we’ll refund your payment (minus the £75 fee) only if we’re able to fill your space, which, thankfully, we usually can.
